From the moment you book, you’ll be supported with care, clarity and practical next steps — so you always know where you're heading.

Step 1: Initial Consultation
We explore your symptoms, health history, cycle patterns, gut function, stress load, diet and lifestyle. You’ll leave with a clear first-step plan so you know exactly what to do next.

Step 3: Optional Functional Testing
When appropriate, we can use tests such as DUTCH hormone testing, microbiome analysis, SIBO testing, nutritional testing or gut mapping to give deeper clarity.

Step 2: Personalised Treatment Plan
Your plan may include nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle adjustments, supplements (only when genuinely needed) and practical strategies you can implement immediately.

Step 3: Receive Ongoing Support
We check in regularly, refine your plan, track improvements and make adjustments as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer in person appointments?
No. My practice is fully online, but I am based in Albany and have been supporting women across the Great Southern for many years. Many clients appreciate the convenience, especially those working full time or living in rural areas.
Can I see a naturopath if I'm taking medications from my doctor?
Definitely. Naturopathy can work safely and effectively alongside your prescribed medications. As part of your consultation, I’ll review what you’re currently taking, consider any potential interactions, and ensure that any herbal or nutritional support complements your medical treatment. Many women choose naturopathy because medications can help manage symptoms, but they don’t always address why those symptoms are happening. By working together we can focus on understanding and supporting the underlying drivers of your health concerns, leading to more sustainable, long-term improvements.
Can you work with my doctor or specialist?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are also seeing GPs, specialists or using MHT/HRT or other medication. I’m always happy to work alongside your existing healthcare team to support your health holistically and respectfully.
Do I need functional testing?
Not always. Testing is optional, but if I think it would be beneficial we'll discuss the options together so you can choose what feels right for you.
Are Telehealth appointments effective?
Absolutely. They allow for thorough discussion of your concerns, personalised treatment recommendations and ongoing support all without the pressure of travelling to appointments.
What conditions do you support?
Primarily women's hormones, perimenopause, fertility, period problems, gut & digestive issues, fatigue, anxiety and chronic symptoms that haven't responded to conventional treatments.
What are your credentials?
I hold a Bachelor of Science (Naturopathy) and have postgraduate training in complex genitourinary conditions, as well as being a Certified Natural Fertility Educator and Gut Microbiome Analyst. I'm a full practicing member of the
Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).
Ready to Feel Like Yourself Again?
You don't have to keep guessing about your symptoms. Personalised, evidence based support is available whether you live in Albany, Denmark, Mount Barker or anywhere in between.
