Cancelling & rescheduling appointments
Out of consideration for myself and other patients, I ask that you kindly provide a minimum of 24 business hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please be aware that if you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 business hours notice you will incur a $50 rebooking fee. Should you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel on the day the full consultation fee will be charged as someone else could have come in your place.
I do understand that sometimes unavoidable circumstances make it impossible for you to attend your scheduled appointment. In these cases please contact me directly to discuss.
Telehealth consultations
To get the most out of your consultation and maintain confidentiality, I recommend you choose a private space where you will not be interrupted by family members, colleagues or friends. Initial consultations generally take around 1 hour and follow up appointments about 30 minutes. Please make sure you are on time and allow enough time in your schedule to complete the appointment.
It is clinic policy that all consultations must be paid in full by the due date listed on your invoice. Failure to make payment on time may result in your appointment being cancelled and the time being made available to other patients. Fees may apply.

Should you require clarification of your treatment plan between appointments I'm happy to answer questions via email. Please be aware that my clinic hours are 9am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday. I will do my best to respond within 24 hours.

Payment of invoices
Please be aware that payment must be made prior to your prescription being posted.
New patients will be provided with information forms and an invoice at the time of booking. Information forms must be returned at least two days prior to your appointment to allow time for these to be reviewed. This ensures that you get the most value out of your appointment time. Invoices must be paid by the due date to secure the appointment time.

Invoices for follow up appointments will be issued approximately 7 days before your appointment time. These must be paid in full by the due date listed to secure your appointment. Failure to make payment on time or respond to communications to confirm your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and a $50 fee will apply, as this time could have been made available to other patients.
