Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice.

Late Rescheduling Fee
If you reschedule with less than 24 business hours’ notice, a $50 rebooking fee will apply.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you cancel on the day or do not attend your appointment, the full consultation fee will be charged. This is because appointment times are limited, and another client could have taken your place.
Unforeseen Circumstances
I completely understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations can occur. If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please contact me directly so we can discuss your options.

Preparing for Your Consultation
To get the most out of your appointment and maintain confidentiality, please choose a private, quiet space where you won’t be interrupted by family members, colleagues or friends.

Initial consultations are approximately 60 minutes.

Follow-up appointments are approximately 30-45 minutes.
Please ensure you join on time and allow enough space in your schedule to complete the full consultation.
Payment Policy
All consultations must be paid in full by the due date listed on your invoice. If payment isn’t made on time, your appointment may be cancelled and that time offered to other clients. Late payment fees may apply.

Payment of Invoices & Appointment Confirmation

New Clients:

You will receive your information forms and invoice at the time of booking.

Information forms must be returned at least 2 days prior to your appointment to allow time for review.

Invoices must be paid by the due date to secure your appointment time.
Follow-Up Appointments

Invoices are issued approximately 7 days before your appointment.

These must be paid in full by the due date to confirm your booking.

Failure to make payment on time, or to respond to confirmation requests, will be considered a late cancellation, and a $50 fee will apply. The appointment time may be offered to another client.
Pathology Results
If you require a copy of your pathology results, I’m happy to email these to you after they have been reviewed together in a follow-up consultation. This ensures accurate interpretation and allows us to discuss appropriate next steps. For your safety, security and privacy, please email any pathology results to the clinic. Results should not be sent via SMS, Facebook Messenger or other informal channels.

Please note that detailed case discussions, new symptoms or treatment changes will require a follow-up appointment so I can give you the attention and care you deserve.
Postage of Supplements & Herbal Medicine
If you require supplements or herbal medicines to be posted, your invoice must be paid prior to dispatch. Once payment is received, your prescription will be posted promptly.
