Cancelling & rescheduling appointments

Out of consideration for myself and other patients, I ask that you kindly provide a minimum of 24 business hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please be aware that if you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 business hours notice you will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Should you fail to show for a scheduled appointment, the full consultation fee will be charged as someone else could have come in your place. 

I do understand that sometimes unavoidable circumstances make it impossible for you to attend your scheduled appointment. In these cases please contact me directly to discuss.

Pathology results

To get the most out of your consultation and maintain confidentiality, I recommend you choose a private space where you will not be interrupted by family members, colleagues or friends. Initial consultations generally take around 1 hour and follow up appointments about 30 minutes. Please make sure you arrive on time and allow enough time in your schedule to complete the appointment. It is clinic policy that all consultations must be paid in full prior to your appointment.

For your safety, security and privacy, please send pathology results via email rather than SMS or Facebook messenger.

Should you require clarification of your treatment plan between appointments I'm happy to answer questions via phone or email. Please be aware that my clinic hours are 9am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday. I will do my best to respond within 24 hours.
